Michigan Woman, 37, and Girl, 9

(Jackson, Michigan) Former president of the Parent Teacher Organization, mother-of-four Jill Miller, 37, has pleaded guilty to taking sexual photographs and video of a 9-year-old girl and sending them to a man she met on the Internet.

Miller will be sentenced for second-degree criminal sexual conduct, a "child sexually abusive material" offense and communicating with another on the internet to commit a crime.

County Sheriff's Detective Timothy Schlundt said the video was found on Miller's phone, according to a Michigan Department of Human Services petition seeking to terminate Miller's parental rights to her four children.

Miller, who has since lost her parental rights, admitted to touching the girl while the child was clothed. She said she did so "all over" the girl's body and videotaped herself, according to the court document.

This happened once "several months ago," states the petition, filed in June.

Miller was arrested June 10 after county sheriff's detectives, acting on a request from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, went to her home.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 8, 2014.
