Ohio Woman Indicted for Sex with Teen

(Gallia County, Ohio) A 29-year-old local woman, Autumn L. Alban Beaver, has been indicted for engaging in sex with a teen.

Beaver faces five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Investigators say that Beaver allegedly had sexual contact with a teenager, who was between the ages of 13-16, between June 2013 and August 2013.

She is also charged with one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, which the Ohio Attorney General's Office says is for soliciting nude photos of the minor, which he allegedly sent to her phone.

Beaver is also charged with one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, for sending nude photos of herself to the teen, according to the AG's Office.

A trial date has been set for August 26.
