Hawaii Teacher Accused of Sex with Student

Nancy Ballo

(Waiakea, Hawaii)
A female Waiakea High School teacher has been put on administrative leave after allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old male student.

Because the student is above the state’s age of consent, 16, it is unlikely that criminal charges will be pursued by law enforcement, but the teacher, Nancy Ballo, is no longer teaching at the school while a state Department of Education investigation continues.

“We haven’t fired anybody,” said Principal Kelcy Koga, adding that administrators are very limited in what they can discuss while the investigation is ongoing.
So, as long as the teenage student target is over age 16, Hawaiian law allows teachers to privately play with students' personal papayas and coconuts.

Of course, the situation allows teachers with nasty on their minds to begin grooming students at younger ages while marking their calendars with action dates based on when the target tenderoni reaches age 17.
