West Virginia Woman Eludes Capture

Patricia Cullum

(Huntington, West Virginia) Authorities are searching for a local woman accused of sexually assaulting two boys.
The woman, Patricia Cullum, is charged with 20 counts of felony third-degree sexual assault, said Cabell County Sheriff’s Detective William Templeton. Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact the Sheriff’s Office at 304-743-1594 or call 911.

The allegations span nearly four years and two neighborhoods with 14 miles in between.[…]

Investigators believe Cullum, 26, at the time of the first allegations, lived near the victims and befriended their parents. She also is known by the aliases Trisha and Patricia Coleman.

The first victim’s abuse started at age 14, Templeton said, and it continued through the summer and beyond his 15th birthday, eventually tallying 18 counts of third-degree sexual assault.

The detective learned of those allegations through a third party, after receiving word of similar abuse involving a 15-year-old boy.
Cullum continues to elude capture.
