Pennsylvania Woman and Sex Abuse Victim
(Lancaster County, Pennsylvania) In October 2014, a 32-year-old foster care supervisor for boys aged 15 to 20, Rikki Salzman, was convicted of sex abuse of a 17-year-old client.
Salzman was given six months on house-arrest followed by parole and probation.
Jump forward to January 2015 for this report.
A local judge again scolded 32-year-old Rikki Salzman for breaking terms of her original house-arrest sentence by having the teen victim over to her home.Salzman cried as she was ushered out of the courtroom in handcuffs.
Lancaster County Judge Howard Knisely ordered that Salzman spend four more months in Lancaster County Prison. She's been in since Aug. 26, in accordance with Knisely's previous order.[…]
Salzman originally was spared prison this summer in a plea deal for house-arrest and probation regarding her abuse of the boy at a Millersville placement home.
A parole officer, on a random check at Salzman's house a week later, found there the victim and many of his belongings.
