Georgia Woman Accused of Theft of $400,000+

(Columbia County, Georgia) A 40-year-old local woman, Heather Boggus, has been accused of the theft of thousands of dollars from her husband's company.

Boggus was arrested yesterday for stealing over $400,000 from JBC Construction LLC and its subsidiary, Westside Holdings.

A warrant alleges Boggus stole the money between October 2010 and December 2012 at the company located in Martinez through racketeering activity.

Columbia County officials say the theft happened before the couple was married.
