Illinois Teacher Faces Sex Charges

A former Illinois teacher accused of having sex with students has turned herself in after she was charged Friday with criminal sexual assault.

Lisa Tate, 35, is accused of having sex with two 17-year-olds, but Marion County State's Attorney Matt Wilzbach says she is being charged with sexual assault for her alleged involvement with one teenager at this point based on the evidence that was corroborated so far.

Tate resigned from her job.
