Idaho Woman Gets Prison in Sex Case
(Caldwell, Idaho) A 33-year-old woman, Joy Phillips-Heinbach, has been accused of sex with an underage male.
Phillips-Heinbach was sentenced to 14 years in prison for battery with the intent to commit a serious felony and she will be eligible for parole after four years.Phillips-Heinbach must also register as a sex offender.
