Pennsylvania Woman Sentenced for Sex Assault
(Waynesburg, Pennsylvania) A 48-year-old local woman, Tracy L. Kennedy, has been sentenced for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
Kennedy was found guilty of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and indecent sexual assault.
Judge Farley Toothman sentenced Kennedy to 8 to 16 years in prison.
