Deferred sentence revoked for Helena woman who had sex with teen

Patricia Jean Pasak, a Helena woman convicted of having a sexual relationship with an underage boy last year, has been turned over to the Montana Department of Corrections.

Pasak, 22 years old, pleaded guilty to criminal endangerment last August for having sex with a 14-year old boy.

At that time, in exchange for her plea, she was given a three-year deferred prison sentence.

Probation & Parole officers say Pasak immediately violated the terms of her sentence.

She was found to be using marijuana, having contact with the victim, and was terminated from her sexual offender treatment program.

In court papers, her probation officer calls Pasak a “serious and untreated sexual offender.”

District Judge DeeAnn Cooney sentenced Pasak to five years of supervision on Thursday with the Montana Department of Corrections at the Billings Pre-Release Center.

Patricia K. Pasak of Helena, 21 years old, has been charged for allegedly having sex with an underage boy.Pasak was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony sexual intercourse without consent.

Charging documents say that Pasak has been involved in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy since February.

Prosecutors say that Pasak and the victim, identified in court documents as "D,” were involved physically on an almost daily basis, despite the fact that the victim was two years under the legal age of consent.

When questioned by law enforcement officers, Pasak allegedly denied the relationship at first, but later admitted to having sex with the victim, according to charging documents.

If convicted, Pasak faces at least four years in prison, and could face up to life in prison.
