Mexico Taking Worms Out Of Mescal

The Mexican government passed a new standard for the flavorful and popular mescal. Effective February 10, no longer will distillers be able to add worms, fruit, nor herbs to bottles of their mescal liquor.

Of course, now we can expect a black market for mescal worms.
