(Redwood City, California) Former Roy Cloud Elementary School teacher Rebecca Ann Boicelli, 33, was arrested by Redwood City Police Thursday on three charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and statutory rape.

She is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student based upon DNA testing that confirmed the boy is the father of her child. Boicelli is being held on $500,000 bail. It seems Boicelli used the classroom and her pickup truck for the sexual encounters.
Chalk up one more data point indicating a decline in American morality - an epidemic of loose female teachers manipulating young, impressionable boys into sex.
