Cops Abuse Prisoners

(Cedar Rapids, Iowa) Following the high-profile scandals regarding alleged prisoner abuse at Gitmo and Abu Ghraib comes more of the same at the Linn County Jail. Four deputies at the jail have been placed on suspension for stealing candy from the inmates.
