Dutch Arrest Seven Suspected Terrorists

(The Hague, The Netherlands) Dutch police sealed off government buildings and raided several locations in The Hague searching for and arresting suspected terrorists. Those apprehended were six men and one woman, including 19-year-old Samir Azzouz who was tried earlier this year for planning terror attacks but acquitted due to lack of evidence. Authorities declined to identify the other suspects.

Unfortunately, the Dutch, and other countries, can't easily keep suspected terrorists locked up until they commit a crime. Then, it's usually too late. I'm hoping that legislatures realize this vulnerability and tighten restrictions on suspects to prevent terrorist attacks as opposed to just prosecuting them after the bombs explode and people die.
