You've got to be tickled by this headline from yesterday's NYTimes.

Democrats Split on How Far to Go With Ethics Law

Now, it seems to me that the ethical solution would be to go all the way. Ethics are like odors. You either stink or you don't.

Apparently, Democrats are split on ethics law because they disagree on how much stench to waft the public's way.
