Naked Internet Pics of Wife Prompt Lawsuit

The couple claims that McDonald's employees put nude pictures of Tina Sherman on the Internet after finding a cell phone with the pictures left behind at the local restaurant by Philip Sherman.

The Shermans seek $3 million.
