Mom Pimps Daughter to Boyfriend

(Muskegon Heights, Michigan) In August 2006, a 41-year-old woman was booked on charges of criminal sexual conduct for arranging for her 15-year-old daughter to have sex with her 37-year-old boyfriend, Michael J. Fitzgibbon, while the woman recuperated from surgery in the hospital. For his part, Fitzgibbon was also charged with criminal sexual conduct. The woman apparently arranged the deal to prevent losing her boyfriend while she recovered from an operation.

A written agreement was prepared and the woman, her daughter and the boyfriend all signed it. The agreement specified sexual services to be performed by the daughter along with her pay and other remuneration, including body piercings and clothing. About 20 episodes of sex occurred pursuant to the agreement.

On Monday of this week, the woman was sentenced to 12 to 22.5 years in prison after pleading no contest to three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Fitzgibbon was sentenced to several decades in prison for his part in this case and other cases of criminal sex involving a 12-year-old girl.

The woman's name isn't be made public to protect her teen daughter.
