Teen Girl Contracts to Have Sex with Mom's Boyfriend

(Muskegon Heights, Michigan) Here's an unusual twist to the basic sex abuse of a minor story.

A woman who feared she would lose her boyfriend while she recuperated from surgery arranged for her 15-year-old daughter to have sex with him, authorities said.

Police said the three signed a written agreement specifying the sexual services the girl would perform and the pay she would receive, including clothing and body piercings. The man and girl had sex about 20 times, police said.

The mother was booked on three counts of criminal sexual conduct and released on $25,000 bond. Neither the mother nor the daughter have been identified by name.

The 37-year-old boyfriend, Michael J. Fitzgibbon, was arraigned on six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He is being held without bail at the Muskegon County Jail.
