Solving Stray Dog Problem

(New Delhi, India) The Delhi city council (MCD) is considering some possible solutions to the menacing stray dog problem.
- Councilor JK Sharma recommended rounding up all the dogs and shipping them to a neighboring state.

- Another councilor, Mira Aggarwal, suggested that the stray dogs be drugged so they sleep all day and don't get in the way.

- Mohan Prashad Bharadwaj said to send the stray dogs to Korea where they will be eaten.
Heh. And I thought my city council was a bit screwy.

On a serious note, the stray dog problem in India is huge. It's not uncommon for stray dogs to attack and kill children and 70 percent of the world's cases of rabies-related deaths occur in India.
