Florida Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Manatee, Florida) A 39-year-old Palmetto woman, Jennifer M. Thieringer, was arrested Thursday by Manatee County Sheriff's deputies for allegedly engaging in unlawful sex with a 16-year-old boy.

Thieringer called deputies to her house and reported she had been raped by her 19-year-old neighbor. When the deputy interviewed the man, he said he and his 16-year-old friend both had consensual sex with Thieringer in her van.

During a separate interview, the younger boy confirmed having sex with Thieringer.

When deputies went to arrest Thieringer, she grabbed a deputy’s leg and scratched another, the sheriff’s report said.

Thieringer was booked into custody with bond set at $16,000.
