Dirt Cheap Venezuelan Surgical Implants

(Caracas, Venezuela) I confess. When I first read of dirt cheap Venezuelan surgical implants, the first thing I thought of was Mom and Pop moonlighting after their janitor jobs by setting up a home business in a spare room. And, guess what. I was right.

Meet Reinaldo Henriquez, 26, and female sidekick Hersi Rodriguez, 34, who are actually beauticians by day and amateur surgeons by night. They belong to a local gang called "The Silicons" who attract cosmetic surgery patients by offering dirt-cheap prices.

So far, there haven't been any significant problems reported with the amateur surgery but a former patient tipped off the cops and the pair were arrested for running an illegal enterprise.
