(Moscow, Russia) Apparently there has been an explosion of child sex crimes in Russia in recent decades and the public has hammered representatives in the Duma to do something.
Previously, the harshest sentence was 8 to 15 years in prison. Now it's chemical castration and life in prison. The video is informative.
