Florida Woman Faces Sex with Teen Charge
(Daytona Beach, Florida) A 48-year-old local woman, Josita Norder, has been accused of engaging in sex with a teen boy.
Norder was arrested Thursday and charged with a sex act by a person 24 or older with a 16- or 17-year-old victim, traveling to seduce/solicit/lure or entice a child and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony, records show.[…]Norder was booked into custody at the Volusia County Jail and released on $100,000 bail.
Norder texted the boy on March 27 after he ended a relationship with a person whose identity and connection to Norder is unknown, and during the several days of texts that followed, the pair exchanged sexual messages and photos, according a Daytona Beach police charging affidavit.
Norder and the boy met up in Daytona Beach where they had sex, according to the affidavit.
