Jelly Bracelet Rules in 5th-Grader's Desk

(Belle, West Virginia) Parents were notified after jelly bracelet sex game rules were found in a student's desk.
According to several websites listed online, a different color of bracelet refers to a different sexual act a boy or girl is suppose to perform, if the jewelry is snapped off a wrist.

Ryan Kittle, principal of Belle Elementary released the following statement: “There was an incident involving less than five children. They discovered information at home, while surfing on the internet, dealing with jelly bracelets. Unfortunately, they brought the information to school. Once discovered by our staff, the incident was dealt with by our staff. The few children involved were counseled and their parents were contacted."
Fifth-grade, eh? What's that, 11 years old and in possession of sex game rules?

Hey, kids will be kids. Move along. Nothing more to see here.
