SENATE COMMITTEE AGREES ON IN-STATE TUITION FOR ILLEGALS

On the same day that Federal Agents swarmed on dozens of Wal-Mart stores to arrest hundreds of illegal aliens for deportation, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed a bill which would allow thousands of illegal aliens to pay in-state tuition rates at colleges and universities.

To emphasize:

HUNDREDS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS ARRESTED FOR DEPORTATION

THOUSANDS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS TO GET IN-STATE TUITION

It doesn't take a rocket professor to see that the message being sent to the illegal aliens, foreign nationals enroute to the US, and the US public is:

PEOPLE WHO SNEAK INTO THE US AND AVOID ARREST, WILL GET A COLLEGE DEGREE

If I'm misreading this curious coincidence of events, readers are encouraged to help me with my interpretation.

Also, throwing in a driver's license and free health care really sweetens the invitation for foreign nationals to continue to challenge the essentially nonexistent porous borders of the US, despite the few arrests. The signal being sent to other countries is a no-brainer.
