Priest Indicted for Marijuana
A Summit County grand jury has indicted Father Richard Arko on charges of cultivating marijuana, possession of criminal tools and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the Akron Beacon Journal, Arko has been using and cultivating marijuana for the last ten years.
After his arrest, Arko was released on bond and subsequently suspended by the Cleveland Catholic Diocese. If convicted of the charges against him, Arko may be sentenced to two years in prison.
