Amish Man Can't Cross Border

After visiting Canada, an American Amish man is not being allowed back into the US because he has no picture identification. It will be interesting to see how this case turns out. Not long ago, a Florida court ruled that a woman had to have her driver's license picture taken without her veil, showing her whole face. Maybe the courts will rule that Amish people will be required to have picture identification, contrary to their religious beliefs.
