Blood Alcohol Record

(Broadview Heights, Ohio) It's pretty much a guess, but for a person to be able to stand and blow a 0.40 on a Breathalyzer has got to be a record. Just standing would be an accomplishment.

Police picked up the woman May 25 from a cigar shop on Broadview Road. The store's owner called police after the woman said she needed to sit down. She took a seat on the floor in the middle of the store.

She was arrested for disorderly conduct.
