Attorney General Sues Thermal Seal Inc.

(Columbus, Ohio) Thermal Seal Inc. and owner Ronald M. Heath, Jr. are being sued by Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro for violating consumer protection laws. Apparently the company has been scamming customers by failing to deliver services, failing to honor warranties, shoddy workmanship, and entering into contracts knowing that the work may never be completed. The lawsuit asks for reimbursement and civil penalties of $25,000 fines for each violation.
