Customer Arrested For Skimpy Tip

(Lake George, NY) Humberto Taveras is charged with misdemeanor theft for leaving a tip of only 10% when 18% was customary. He says he'll fight the charge in court because he was not happy with the food at Soprano's Italian and American Grill restaurant.
