School Duct Tapes Saggy Pants Student

(Dunlap, Indiana) At Concord Junior High School, Spencer Allison's pants were sagging in violation of the school dress code so the assistant principal wrapped duct tape around the boy's waist to keep them up. Spencer's father, Scott Allison, became outraged and complained to the school board because he was afraid his son would be mocked.

Now, this is dumb. If Scott Allison had given his son a belt before he went to school, then he probably wouldn't be a disciplinary problem. In fact, the old man would also probably benefit from a good solid belt every now and then.
