Soldier On Leave Attacked At Concert

(Columbus, Ohio) While on leave from combat duty in Iraq, soldier Foster Barton, 19, of Grove City, attended a concert while wearing an Iraqi Freedom T-shirt that offended another person in the audience. So, Barton was beaten. He was attacked from behind, knocked unconscious, and punched and kicked while on the ground. He'll be delayed in his return to the 1st Cavalry division in Iraq due to his injuries.

It's pretty damn sad that a guy who risks his life in Iraq comes home to be beaten up by an anti-military fanatic. And, I would bet money that the guy who attacked him is a leftist who has said, more than once, that he supports the troops.

Jerk.
