Mob Boss Commits Suicide

Italian authorities announced that Mafia boss Francesco Pastoia, 62, hanged himself in his prison cell in Sicily only three days after being taken into custody. Reporting to Mafia Godfather Bernardo Provenzano, Pastoia knew he was as good as dead when it was revealed that the police had bugged his home and had tapes of him double-crossing the Godfather.

"Don't ever go against the family," spoken by Marlon Brando as Don Corleone in The Godfather. Good advice that was obviously not heeded by Francesco Pastoia.
