Yahoo! Acquires Flickr

Details haven't been announced yet but, according to this report, the Flickr photo-sharing website and its owner, Ludicorp Research and Development Ltd. of Vancouver, have been acquired by Yahoo Corp. It's expected that no management changes will occur at Ludicorp and the Flickr service will continue its present course.
