(Peoria, Illinois) Updating a previous post, Taylor A. March, 21, has been examined by psychological experts and declared competent to aid in her own defense. As a reminder, she was the woman arrested in May for fondling an infant in a broadcast to an Internet chat room, "Preteen Sex on Camera." March is scheduled to be back in court next week.
