A patient at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center had an operation this week on the wrong area of his body, in the second local case of so-called wrong-site surgery in two months.Two egregious errors in two months makes one wonder if the same incompetent crew was at work. The hospital expressed deep regrets for leaving the patient without a healthy kidney.
