Something Stinks in Cleveland

(Cleveland, Ohio) You won't find this story in the tourism brochures.

From 19actionnews.com:
People around Downtown Cleveland have been asking, "What stinks?"

The city thinks it knows, but it's asking for help from state officials.

The Cleveland Division of Air Quality has received dozens of complaints this year about a strong odor coming from the industrial part of the Flats.
The stench has been blamed on General Environmental Management, a waste treatment company. The complaints might well hint that it's politically incorrect in 21st Century America for garbage to stink. I don't know how it can be completely eliminated but given the usual nanny-state response to such problems, taxpayers will probably be asked to fund a special Ohio Department of Anti-Stink Security. I'm not advocating anything, however, the acronym, OD-ASS, does have a certain appeal.
