Samsung Fined $300 Million

The U.S. Justice Department imposes a $300 million fine on Samsung for price-fixing on dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips. $300 million is not small potatoes so it's probably safe to assume that the public was royally screwed by the collusion.

Will anyone be sent to jail? Probably not. And, by the way, where's my cut?
