Father Prostitutes 13-Year-Old Daughter

(Newark, Ohio) A 46-year-old Licking County man, Andrew Cramer (right), is in jail on $1 million bond for allegedly raping his 13-year-old daughter and then passing her around to his buddies for cash and gifts. Four of Cramer's associates in the alleged kiddy-prostitution ring have also been arrested.

Joseph Saunders, 68, of Reynoldsburg, and Garry Bly, 66, of Columbus, were each charged with one count of compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. Trudy Smith, 26, of Reynoldsburg, and Thomas E. Coss, 28, of Buckeye Lake, are each charged with one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony.

Saunders and Bly are accused of offering cash and gifts to the girl in exchange for sex. Smith is accused of watching the alleged encounters between Saunders and the girl and Coss is accused of engaging in sexual activity with the girl.

Saunders, Bly, Coss and Smith are being held on $250,000 bond.

According to Licking County Sheriff's Office Capt. Chad Dennis, the case is being investigated for possibly more victims. Licking County Sheriff Randy Thorp described the case as "almost incomprehensible." It sickens me.

Current plans are to present formal charges to a Licking County grand jury on Thursday. If guilty of the alleged crimes, I hope that they are subjected to gaspingly harsh punishment.
