Female Officer Arrested for Sexual Misconduct with Boy

(Lake County, Florida) A 28-year-old Lake County Sheriff's Office corrections officer, Krystal Benn, was arrested yesterday and charge with sexual misconduct at a county detention facility. Benn is accused of entering the jail cell of a 16-year-old boy on several occasions and fondling him.

According to Sgt. Christie Mysinger, Benn was fired after her arrest. Benn allegedly confessed to the incidents.

After posting $10,000 bail, Benn was released.
