(Wilmington, Delaware) I'm certain that registered sex offender Richard Whittle said something like, "Oh, [expletive]!" when his parole officer found two naked girls in his closet.
From DelawareOnline.com:
Probation and parole officers were on a routine home visit Thursday to see Richard Whittle, 47, in the 100 block of Carvel Ave., when they found a 16-year-old girl and 18-year-old woman, said New Castle County Police Department spokesman Cpl. Trinidad Navarro. In all candor, Whittle must be an idiot-genius. He's dumb enough to get caught violating his parole conditions while, at the same time, he's clever enough to get two teen girls to take off their clothes in his apartment.
Whittle’s probation on unspecified earlier charges was revoked and Whittle was charged with fourth-degree rape after police determined he and the teens were involved in sexual activity before the officers arrived, Navarro said.
[Update 1415 EST]
Whittle's probation was revoked and he was charged with one count of fourth-degree rape for having sex with the 16-year-old. No charges were filed regarding the 18-year-old. Whittle is currently in custody at the Young Correctional Institution with bail set at $10,000.
According to police, Whittle was convicted of fourth-degree rape in 2002 for sex with a victim under 18. He is identified as a high-risk offender.
