(Orange County, Florida) A 27-year-old Orange County woman, Lisa Chapman, was arrested for inappropriately fondling her 12-year-old female babysitter. Chapman allegedly "performed a sex act" on the girl.Chapman was booked on charges of lewd or lascivious battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
