(Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania) A 21-year-old blogger beat a five-term incumbent in Tuesday's Republican primary for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Mark Harris of Save The GOP garnered 45% of the Republican voters to Rep. Tom Stevenson's 36%.

Stevenson said his late-night vote in favor of a legislative pay raise last July was the biggest campaign issue. He said the focus should have been on Harris' lack of experience but the majority of voters didn't agree.Harris and Democrat Matthew Smith will match up in November.
