(Kansas City, Missouri) A 22-year-old former Jackson County Family Court worker, Nichole L. Webb, was arrested for engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy. Police say the sex was recorded on videotape and both were aware that they were being taped.Webb was arraigned in Jackson County Court and was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and second-degree statutory rape. It's believed Webb met the boy when he was in the custody of the Family Court.
It has also been reported that Webb may be linked to the death of a 14-year-old boy who was shot in the neck on May 9. The videotape of Webb and the 16-year-old having sex was allegedly taped in the same apartment where the 14-year-old was shot.
