(Russellville, Kentucky) Two adult women allegedly abuse a 13-year-old boy and the sheriff says it's an enduring problem that is just now getting reported.

Two western Kentucky women face more than 40 charges each related to alleged sexual encounters with a 13-year-old boy.Both are free on personal recognizance bonds and due in court on June 22.
Malinda Wallace, 23, of Dunmor is facing 44 counts of second-degree rape, or statutory rape. Wallace has also been charged with 44 counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Peggy Carter, 54, of Russellville is charged with 44 counts of complicity to second-degree rape, 44 counts of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and five counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
