Woman Gets Two Years for Sex with Boy

(West Chester, Ohio) In July 2005, it was reported that 35-year-old Jodie Lyn Drake was accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy. Drake allegedly had sex with the boy at least 50 times.

Last month, Drake was convicted of unlawful sex with a minor and yesterday she was sentenced to two years in prison by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Michael Sage.

According to a psychiatric evaluation conducted in the case, Drake meets the criteria for being an alcoholic and having anti-social and borderline personality disorders -- all of which categorize her as "a moderate to high risk of committing future sexually-oriented offenses."

Consequently, Judge Sage ruled that Drake is a sexual predator who will be required to register with the Sheriff's Department for life. She was also ordered to undergo HIV testing.
