(Allen, Texas) Last April, 38-year-old female homemaker, Regina Bowling, was arrested by Allen police for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy. She was booked and released on bond.From last night comes the report that Bowling has been arrested again for alleged indecency with a different boy. She has been released on bond, again.
Maybe the authorities ought to reconsider their position on having Bowling out of jail.
