A military court Monday convicted a soldier for refusing to serve in a Dutch NATO battalion in Afghanistan, but declined to punish him, saying he was suffering post-traumatic stress from an earlier tour of duty.The unidentified soldier faced a possible two years in prison. For some reason, his name is not being released. Maybe it would be too stressful.
