The Egg McBrownie

Mrs. Interested decided she would like something different for breakfast this morning so I made her a cake brownie topped off with a slice of smoked ham, a slice of sharp cheddar, and a poached egg.

She loved it. It's another creative home run from the researchers at Interested-Participant Kitchens.
