New Beer for the Allergic

(St. Louis, Missouri) The Anheuser-Busch company announced that a new beer, called Redbridge, has been introduced for sale to an under-served segment of the population, Americans diagnosed with celiac disease. The disease is an intestinal disorder caused by consuming gluten, a constituent in wheat, barley and rye. Redbridge is made from sorghum.

In related news, there are some thoughts that Anheuser-Busch may have concluded all research on its no tears beer, provisionally called Be Happy Bud. Collaboration with experts at Johnson & Johnson "No More Tears" lab, creators of baby shampoo, have failed to produce a viable combination of ingredients that tastes great while inhibiting crying. Even an attempt to infuse nano-particles of pulverized Bobby McFerrin vinyl records was unsuccessful. Test subjects stated that Be Happy Bud did, in fact, stop the inclination for them to cry in their beer, but it tasted like soap and made them foam at the mouth.
